Requirements

Male, maximum 35 years old
*
S1 Degree in Psychology (HR) from reputable University (preferable UI)
*
Min 3 years experience in managerial position
*
Good understanding in Indonesian labor and man power law, regulation, selection, recruitment and general affairs (especially with local government company)
*
Good interpersonal skill, mature, innovative and initiative
*
Loyal and high integrity is a must
*
Having good knowledge in Indonesian Legal and Labor Law
*
Fluent in Spoken and written English
*
Can work under pressure
