Reports To: Head of Marketing
Qualifications:
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or Equivalent), and advanced degree is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 7 years retail/commercial leasing experience in malls, shop houses, or F & B and entertainment centers, and management experience required.
Skills:
The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with people and present a positive, professional image. In addition the position requires the following:

Job Description:
*
Concept planning, market positioning, tenancy and trade mix of retail malls, F & B and entertainment centers, and shop houses for lease.
*
Establish asking and reserving rents after thorough study of comparable developments and the project.
*
Supervising and coordinating with external leasing agents/brokers and in-house commercial leasing team on leasing activities.
*
Empowering the associates to make timely and responsible decisions to take the actions
*
Conducting the regular market surveys on the retail market and competitors.
*
Focusing on meeting or exceeding commercial targets with regard to be maintaining high occupancy rates, growing and securing healthy traffic base, and developing new option to strengthen the position of commercial within markets.
*
Developing short-and long-range marketing plans, and activities that include innovative marketing and leasing strategies, including using web sites and the internet for outreach marketing efforts, cost effective advertising strategies, commercial referral programs, and other programs that generate qualified traffic.
*
Assisting the Head of Marketing in completing administrative task associated with achieving the property's occupancy and income goals, and to prepare regular reports on work progress, issues and solutions.
*
Maintaining company customer service standard. Responding to customer requests and works with tenants to resolve commercial problems and complaints.
*
Training, directing, and supervising on all marketing team members in all leasing paperwork and techniques.
