Product Development / National Product Specialist (NSP) Post Date: 23 Feb 09
Job Description :
The candidates integrates Processes, Systems and Information into one organization, supporting company businesses in developing the operations. Company partners with world leading vendors . For development minded persons, company offers an opportunity to shape the future of its environment.
The National Product Specialist leads the Product Processes team, the goal of which is to prepare and deploy global PDM (Product Data Management) related information systems. The main part of the team's work is done within the PDM Development Program and its projects. The person is accountable for achieving goals defined in yearly action plan. This position is a temporary assignment for about 1 year.
Responsibilities :

Plan, assign and supervise tasks of the team members
*
Follow progress of work and report status for achieving of goals to Marketing Director
*
Develop competences and working methods of the team
Requirement :
*
Degree in Mechanical Engineering , preferable Energy Conversion
*
Experience in deploying global IT solutions
*
Basic understanding of process development, training management
*
Managerial experience, good people skills and excellent communication skills
*
Project management experience
*
Good written and spoken English
*
Willingness to travel
