EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO CHAIRMAN (SEC) Post Date: 16 Feb 09
Major Accountabilities:
* Provide full scope of secretarial and administrative support to Chairman.
General Requirements:
* Hold diploma degree in any major and minimum 5 years of working experience in same position.
* Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
* Proficient in handling administration tasks.
* Good communication skill, well organized, attentive to detail, and pleasant personality.
