Requirements:
Responsible to ensure the strategy and implementation of compensation
& benefit program inline with HR strategy and company's strategy,
including maintain salary survey and reward management
Qualifications:
*
8 years eperience in compensation and benefit area
with several industry background;
*
Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting.
*
Good knowledge of manpower regulation and other related
regulations
*
Must have strong analytical skill and able to maintain high
degree of work accuracy in a timely manner.
*
Has ability to liaise with people from all levels
*
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
*
Familiar with remuneration application program
