Qualifications:
*
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related major.
* Good knowledge of manpower regulation, Jamsostek, Tax (PPh 21)
* 2 years experience in compensation and benefit area
* Familiar with remuneration application program
* Must have strong analytical skill and able to maintain high
degree of work accuracy in a timely manner.
* Has ability to liaise with employee from all levels
* Ability to work independently under tight dead lines
* Proficiency in English
