URGENTLY NEEDED
The Academic Coordinator is a member of the Academic's Leadership
Team with executive responsibility for planning, management and
evaluation in academic divisions. Working collaboratively with the
Principal/Kepala Sekolah and Head of Admin in the development of the
Academic Strategic Plan, recommends academic policies and procedures,
and ensures the development, implementation, and evaluation of the
International Curriculum.

SUPERVISES: Math, Sciences and English Language Teachers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions:
*
Serve as a member of the Academic's Leadership Team to plan and
establish strategic goals/achievement indicators, and implement
programs and services that support both the accomplishment of the
school's mission and the continuation of the school's accreditation
status. Promote academic excellence, creativity, leadership,
cooperation/teamwork and accountability throughout the district.
*
Serve as a chief academic officer for assigned divisions,
supervising the development, implementation, and evaluation of the
curriculum.
*
Work collaboratively with the Principal and Kepala Sekolah to
develop the Academic Strategic Plan, recommend academic policies and
procedures, and sustain a rigorous academic program that includes
learning communities, service learning, and an Honors School.
*
Track teaching and learning trends to ensure course content and
teaching methodology are current and relevant. Direct the
implementation of programs and strategies to improve these activities
within assigned divisions.
*
Supervise and review Math, Sciences and English Language Teachers.
*
Formulate and recommend annual budget.
Requirements:
*
Passing Licensure Examination for Teachers.
*
Teaching and/or mentoring experience.
*
Possess good organizational and prioritization skill to handle a
variety of demands.
*
Have excellent verbal and written communication skill and have
presentation skill.
*
Have initiative, be creative and resourceful, smart and assertive.
*
Possess a pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills.
*
Max. 40 years old.
Additional Job Function:
Teaching minimal 15 hours / week and other duties, as assigned.
