Reporting to Group HRD Manager, the candidate must have a practical
experience in handling recruitment and training activities.
Job Description

Conduct recruitment and selection process such as : initial
screening, interviewing, personality test, technical test.

Develop, implement and maintain the training program
Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Psychology, Information Technology or IKIP.
*
1 – 3 years HR in business experience
*
A high level of Trustworthy is essential, along with the
Attitude with Positive Mindset, Self Motivation, Teamwork, Innovation,
and Communicate Precisely.
*
Microsoft office computer skills
