I. Main Tasks
· To handle company licenses and legal documents
· To review contracts and agreements
· Update & implement government regulation.
· Maintain good relationship with the local government officer
· Community development.
II. Requirement :
· Bachelor degree from law faculty.
· Have 1-2 years experience in lawfirm or as a legal officer in manufacturing company
· Have good knowledge in government regulation
· Well groomed and pleasant personality
· Having good persuasive communication skill
· Good analytical & communication skill
· Fluent in oral & written English is a must.
· Computer literate
