We, fast growing Chemical & Gas company built in 1986, are looking for the dynamic and professional candidates to fill the following position :
HRD Post Date: 12 Feb 09
* Male
* Age between 32-40 years old
* Bachelor's degree from Psychology or Law
* Having minimum 5 years experience in the same field
* Having minimum 3 years experience as HR & GA
* Capable to set up Compensation & Benefit scheme, managing Recruitment & Selection process, Personnel Admin, People Development, HR & GA SOP and Office Management
* People oriented, energetic, initiative and having a good leadership
* Self driven, result oriented with a positive outlook
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment
* Able to work extended hours on occasion when required
