1. RECEPTIONIST
The successful candidate will be the first contact and impression for visitors and guests who come to our offices. The ideal candidate should have a track record, be able to manage the front office, have experience in handling incoming calls, perform administrative duties and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner in both good spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Qualification :
* Formal education such as Tarakanita preferred
* Excellent communications, and administrative skills a must.
* Must have good written and spoken English language skills
* Must be familiar with design and visual communications business
* Minimum 3 years working experience in similar or related field
* Preferred 25 years of age or above and female
* Must have good people and social skills
2. CASHIER
Qualification :
* Female, single, max 28 years old
* D3 / S1 Finance – Accounting
* Experience min 2 year
* Fluent in English or any language
* Computer literate ( MS Office application )
Job Description :
* Receive payment by cash, check, vouchers, all petty cash
* Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
* Making payment with check or bill giro to the suppliers
* Cash and bank daily report
* Cash and bank transaction
* Compute and record totals of transactions
* Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions
* Pay company bills by cash, vouchers or checks
